Q : What is your policy on returns?

A : We make all the shirts especially for you. As they are customised just for you, we cannot accept them for return unless they are faulty or your instructions have not been followed. We cannot re-sell your garment. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender.

Q : The image is pixelated, can I return it?

A : Unfortunately not. We print the image exactly as you give it to us, and if your image is not of a high quality that is a shame, but is ultimately down to you.
